Age Restriction:
The Platform is available only to natural persons over the age of legal majority in their country and who can enter into legally binding agreement(s) under applicable law. If you are not of legal majority age, you should not use the Platform.
Service Overview:
The Platform is a digital solution developed by Junction Pay Limited, trading as Junction Connect Limited, which provides a catalogue of online bookable experiences (“Bookings”). It is made available to you through your interactions with Providers. Each Provider determines, at its sole discretion, how to make the Platform and all information available through it (“Junction Pay Content”) accessible to you.
For example, a Provider may:
(i) integrate the Platform into its own website, giving you access to a listing and/or map of Bookings (pre-selected by that Provider) through which you can make Bookings; or
(ii) display a map of Bookings in person (for example, at a reception desk) and, upon your request, send an email or SMS giving you access to the selected Bookings.
The methods used to provide access to the Platform are not limited and may evolve over time.
Use of the Junction Pay Platform:
After being redirected by a Provider to the catalogue and/or map of Bookings made available under the Platform, you will be able to access and, where applicable, make such Bookings. The making of Bookings will be performed through Providers, which are third parties aggregating Bookings and offering booking capabilities. Providers’ websites will be made available either through a redirection link or a booking widget embedded into the Platform.
Intellectual Property Rights and Scope of Use:
All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform remain the sole property of Junction Connect Limited, its Affiliates, or licensors (as applicable). Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers or grants you any ownership or rights in such intellectual property.
You may not use the Platform to:
a) Copy, transmit, redistribute, reproduce, replicate, repost, or create derivative works based on any Platform-related content or any portion thereof, including incorporating any part of the Platform or related content into another website or service.
b) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise alter the Platform (except to the extent permitted by applicable law).
c) Engage in any conduct or activity prohibited under applicable law.
d) Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, spam, spyware, or malware that could compromise the functionality of the Platform.
e) Share or post content that is misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, libellous, invasive, or hateful.
f) Use the Platform for any commercial purposes other than as expressly permitted under these Terms.
Junction Pay Limited, trading as Junction Connect Limited (“the Company”), does not guarantee the availability of the Platform and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform—either temporarily or permanently—at any time without notice and with no liability towards you or any third party.
If applicable, you will be solely responsible for any information, content, conversations, feedback, or other materials you transmit through the Platform (“User Content”).
You grant to Junction Connect Limited a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and process your User Content as necessary for the Company to operate and provide the Platform to you, and for internal business purposes, including the improvement, testing, and enhancement of the Platform.
All personal data collected through your use of the Platform will be processed in accordance with Junction Connect Limited’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, stored, and used.
The Platform may be embedded in Providers’ websites and/or contain links or interfaces that enable you to view and book travel-related Bookings offered by Providers. These websites and interfaces are operated and controlled solely by the relevant Providers, over whom Junction Connect Limited has no control.
While the Platform provides a catalogue of Bookings and facilitates access to these Providers for travel-related purchases, this does not constitute any sponsorship, affiliation, partnership, or endorsement of the Providers or their services.
By accessing Providers’ websites or making Bookings through the Platform, you agree to be bound by such Providers’ terms and conditions and privacy policies. We strongly encourage you to review these third-party terms carefully and to use their services at your own risk. You are solely responsible for making your own independent judgment regarding your interactions with third-party websites, including any purchases, payments, or Bookings made available through them.
YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT JUNCTION CONNECT LIMITED WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO WITH ANY PROVIDER AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES—DIRECT OR INDIRECT—CAUSED OR ALLEGEDLY CAUSED BY, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF ANY PROVIDER’S WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
Junction Pay Limited, trading as Junction Connect Limited (“the Company”), relies on multiple sources of information and data that make up the content made available through the Platform. Although the Company endeavours to provide accurate and reliable information, the Platform may contain omissions or errors. The Platform and Junction Pay Content are provided “as is”.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third-party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company makes no representations or warranties that the Platform will meet your requirements, be secure, free of viruses or other harmful components, timely, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or reliable.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk and that the Platform is made available to you free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages — including, without limitation, any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption — arising out of or in any way related to:
i) your access to or use of the Junction Pay Platform;

iii) any viruses, bugs, trojan horses, software defects, information errors, or third-party websites or services obtained through the use of the Platform; or
iv) any other matter relating to the Platform or these Terms,
whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Company, its affiliates, or any of its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Use do not affect any statutory legal rights that cannot be excluded by law. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Platform or these Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Junction Connect Limited, its affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, penalties, fines, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms of Use constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Junction Connect Limited regarding their subject matter and supersede all prior communications or understandings, whether oral or written.
Assignment:
We may transfer or assign any of our rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to any of our affiliates or any third party designated by Junction Connect Limited.
Changes:
Any new functionality or feature of the Platform will be subject to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend sections of these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Company’s official website (www.junctionconnect.com) and whenever you access the Platform through a Provider. Please review these Terms periodically, as continued use of the Platform following publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms of Use (or part thereof) is held by a court or competent authority to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable one with the closest effect possible to the original. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver:
Any failure or delay by us in enforcing any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be interpreted as a waiver of our rights or remedies.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, for the sole benefit of the Company, that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms of Use. Nothing in this section limits the Company’s right to bring proceedings against you in any other competent jurisdiction.
